Vintage Barber Half Dollar Ring
Vintage Barber Half Dollar Ring
Barber Half Dollars (1892-1915) are quite the sight to see and a rare one at that. They were minted for less than 25 years, making certain dates highly valuable in mint condition. I always strive to prioritize quality coins over older dates in order to make this ring as affordable as possible. Due to their rarity, however, certain dates will not be obtainable. Each of these half dollars are over 100 years old and make for gorgeous, silver bands available in sizes 9 - 14.
Change You Can Wear
Barber Half Dollars were minted from 1892-1915 and featured the head of Lady Liberty surrounded by 13 stars. They were 90% silver and designed by Charles E. Barber. The design was used for the quarter and dime as well. Indian Head cents and Morgan dollar coins were also being struck alongside these coins making for a quite regal pocket change.
